I did received the shoes and open the box I can tell they were way to big, even though the mark 91/2. The shoes looks more an 11. I requested an exchange and the option I was offered was a return , me paying $16.00 shipping, refund and then reorder. No a good way to do business. If they can't afford absorb the cost of the return, at least upon receiving the shoes send the 81/2replacement.

I received notification from the seller on February 21. They attempted to deliver but we’re unable so they chose to refund my money. That is absolutely ridiculous because over the years I have receivedat least 100 packages at this address. No one contacted me in an effort to deliver my shoes. Ihad to rush and pay for expedited delivery from another seller because of the miss handling by this seller.
