My pinky toe has been curling under the ring toe and this 3 toe ring is already helping.. yes you feel it while you walk but it’s much better than feeling like you’re stepping on the little toe itself. Very flexible and I don’t even feel it while I’m wearing thongs around the house. My thinking is you should also wear it without shoes when your just hanging out.. only time will tell if the little toe might straighten itself out in time. In the meantime walking is much better now
