I'm on a charge, now!
I have a 1 hr, 4 x AA or AAA battery charger and until it broke recently, i had a larger multi battery charger, which was able to charge different battery sizes at the same time. The XTAR VC4 shows you how much charge is remaining in a battery and continues to show how much current it is putting in, at any one time. It only has 4 battery slots but you can charge different sizes at the same time. The top feature as i see, it's ability to resurrect a flat battery. Impressive. The old chargers i've had, only show a 'constant red' or 'flashing red' so i have no idea if a battery is dead kaput or could possibly be revived. This XTAR VC4 shows what you need to know. just the job

Great battery charger. The best one I've tried.
This is a great little battery charger. It can run off a USB socket, and is quite compact in size, yet still delivers a good amount of charge to 4x batteries at once. I use this primarily for Lithium Ion cells, but also for AA and AAA Ni-MH cells, instead of the basic chargers that I previously used. It can also charge older NiCd cells on the same function as NiMH, and also recovers cells that are quite worn down. Overall, a great charger, and out of all the chargers I've tried (including some Nitecore chargers), this one seems to be the best one. Excellent Quality Charger
I have been searching for an LCD display charger that outperforms most chargers you can buy on the UK high street and after receiving another xtar charger with a different purchase decided to buy this 4 bay charger and am not disappointed it's a great item that can charge multiple batteries of different types and sizes at the same time with detailed LCD display. Highly recommend.
