Couldn't get the dog to take it at first so I stuffed it inside some liver pate and that worked. He is taking a dump more often and his stomach isn't distended anymore. Previous to this he would only defecate once a day and very little. I guess the tapeworm was using up a lot of his food. He's still eating the same amount but as I say getting rid of it in larger quantities so it must be working.
