Item is in great shape(new). Shipping time was very poor. It was shipped several days after the original delivery date which was already a 4-5week wait. It arrived 2 weeks after it was shipped. I was fine with the original wait, it was just frustrating that the parts weren’t shipped on time considering how much I paid for shipping. Overall I’m happy with the parts, just be aware that shipping the end isn’t very good.

I ordered NGK cables and the parts were well packaged and arrived intact, however the length of the cables was slightly different from what I expected based on the item description, and one of the four cables I wasn t able to use. After communicating this to start245, they took a few days to consider the situation and refunded 100% of what was paid for the product. Item as described, fragile glass lens very well packaged - thanks! VERY SLOW to ship. Did not ship for OVER 2 weeks! Almost like it was not in stock and you had to source it from elsewhere? Then it took 11 days from Latvia to USA. Would have liked some communication about the extended lead time. Otherwise, happy with the item for the price - thanks!
