Arrived very fast and very well packed on pallet and foiled around . 5 big pieces and they are very heavy. Best to buil it on the place where it will stay. For 2 small women's was easy to build it, but not easy to move around because is very very heavy. Extra screws included what is great. No manual and the video on youtube is not great sorry. Is beautiful piece of garden furniture and is definitely solid and excellent quality. definitely u need 2 strong people to build it. Unsatisfactory
No communication for 4 weeks despite me using eBay and their website many times. Instructions with product delivered really not fit for purpose. A lot of the slates chipped and drilling of parts sloppy. Not a happy bunny. I don’t think it’s really worth the money.

Great Arbour
I bought this over a year ago, and it sat on its pallet for months until the builders, etc. finished work in the garden. Finally, I unpacked it to build. I have to say it is mighty heavy, and there is a serious risk of injury if you try you build it single-handed. I had no other option, but as a female over 60 it was a struggle. Finally built, the arbour is beautiful and sturdy. The supplier assures that it does not need to be varnished / painted; and I am happy to believe that. I am delighted with the quality. It is substantial and a great place to sit and read in the fine weather. Perfect for great days in the garden.
Very solid piece of garden furniture, very comfortable to sit on and wile away the hours in the sunshine. No assembly instructions, but study the photo's in the original listing and even Joey Essex could put it together.
