    Well engineered,

    A quality, well engineered bracket. Your brolly is very secure brolly when in used. The only problem is, maybe, that the tube that carries the broil spike is of too small a diameter. Broily spikes, over time through use, becomes slightly bent, dented, and marked. When this happens, the tube jams tight in the brolly bracket, and prevents the use of the bracket. This can be overcome by hammering out dents, straightening out bends and rubbing out the marks on your brolly spike tubing with abrasive paper.
