- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseI share poss experience but not being technically challenged I had issues with assembly of the stand, instructions per usual ( chinese) are poor, had 2 find screwutube video, intuitively when erecting the stand you do this from the widest angle and not the tallest which was where I went wrong throwing out total perspective of the parts design of the stand, if that makes no sense it might if you purchase a stand and try to erect one, its not logical, got there eventually, stand good 4 purpose

I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. Iād obviously have preferred no damage.
