. Did not get the emblem with it which is mentioned in the ad. Only reason I bought is the emblem which they didn’t send. Seller is not replying at all.

We have forgotten to include emblem (we have big amount of parcels). After we saw our mistake (after we saw buyers message about missing emblem), we have written him immediately our apologizes and promised him to send emblem shortly. Despite of this , buyer written us negative feedback with phrase "Seller is not replying at all.", This phrase is complete lie! Again, we answered immediately our readiness to send emblem shortly. Ebay staff sees our truth. Shame on the buyer for this lie
