To assure readers concerned about inadequate packaging, we would like to provide clarity that the product was securely packaged. The order was for 1.5 KG of yellow iron oxide and on the basis that this was a wholesale volume, the item was transferred to the buyer in the same bags as direct from our supplier. The product was double-bagged and with each bag individually secured at the top with a secure string knot. It was then bubble wrapped and with further packing, and in a cardboard box.
