      Makes it fit and fire better!

      Put this on my 629 Mountain Gun .44 rem mag I had originally reaced thevfactory Pachmyrs with S&W Cocabolo Combat grips, they looked great, but the rascal was real hard to hold , especially with full magnums. Went back to pachs, but they cover the back strap and just made the reach to trigger a little to far. These Hogues are just right! I can hold on and the trigger reach is perfect

      I have them on 4 of my revolvers. I took off the beautiful wood grips, to save them from getting beat up, and to improve the holding grip. Really helps with felt recoil. Also, they improve the grip on the gun which helps you with accuracy. Very easy to install.

      Solid recoil-reducing grip for my S&W Model 629 Classic

      This grip is much better at reducing recoil than the red hardwood grips that came with the pistol. Although the hardwood grips look much better, this Hogue grip is much more practical for shooting and also helps out the shooters accuracy improve. This grip was great buy for the money and the product speaks for itself.

      My Hogue grips.

      My Smith and Wesson 629 come new with wood grips that bite. Killin my thumb. The Hogue grip is comfortable and forgiving as they can be with a magnum load. Great improvment. Price is right Hogue quality. Down side is they are longer than the stock grip and tend to print through my shirt. Imagine trying to conceal carry a 44 magnum. Overall I'm happy with the product.
