Sorry NO! The search engine placed me in your page as it’s clear I wanted the headphones NOT an empty box - with no returns costing z£9 when these are normally £12-18 you are not being obvious - there is a trades description act that covers this subject to protect consumers

Unfortunately this customer didn't read the listing which clearly says empty box in the title and in the description (which you can even see underneath his feedback). There was no attempt to mislead or con him and if he had reached out to request a resolution I would have done so but instead he resorted to an angry response.
