Best price for this in-wall cistern I could find, and stock meant great delivery turnaround. Only issue is the flushplate is apparently meant for furniture install, not in-wall (back to wall toilet), so bathroom fitter has had to spend extra time doing a solution. So maybe the flushplate shouldn't be sold with this cistern, not sure.

The toilet ordered fixed to the floor through the side of the toilet into plastic brackets screwed to the floor. The toilet received fixed to the floor with screws down into the floor as photographs this is a dust trap and not as good looking as the one ordered

Awful sent an inferior product that leaked, this was after waiting for nearly a month for delivery!!! Now not accepting that it's a completely different item! I ordered a Hudson Reed toilet frame and they sent a sanica one. (Plumber fitted whilst I was at work) Check their reviews on Google before buying from them. I wish I had!!!

The sink stand on this order was found to have serious cracks appearing on the curved profiles down the drawer edges of the sink unit of three of the drawers..
We do not believe that this is due to physical damage. but more likely to be a result of some environmental stress outside our control..
We would like a solution to this problem an look forward with anticipation to your comments..
