Genuine replacement
Bought to replace one in a set that had lasted for 6 years hard use before the central shaft became loose. This one is an identical casting with the Kenwood branding on and fits with the other parts precisely. This blender is one of the best I have ever had and gets used for making salsa, breadcrumbs, mince, and many other items. It is used with the multi speed hand blender motor and is very reliable. The bowl is easy to clean but if put in the dishwasher it should be arranged so that the dished foot doesn't collect water.
