Got these because I have osteoarthritis and my thumbs are very painful with it shooting up into my wrist and arm when l bend it..these have a steel strip in the thumb area so it keeps your thumb straight so really helps me..you can take the strip out if you want to..definitely recommend them adjustable to wrist and thumb size with velcro..which is great as fingers and wrist swollen due to the arthritis. Good price and quick delivery..
