Their "automated" shipping system failed them miserably. The PO BOX was left off my address by FTG Parts and the shipment was returned to sender by the Post Office. Only after discussing the matter with the Post Master was I able to have my item re routed and sent back to my PO Box. FYI - My shipping address did contain both my physical address and my PO Box . Photo is of actual box with the address as sent by FTG Parts.
