Since 2018 we want each TOUCHCHROME LTD customer to be satisfied with our products, but for any reason you'd like to return any item please contact us first for help.
 
TOUCHCHROME LTD customers can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund and buyer is responsible for the safe return of the products.
Buyer should pack items well in original box to protect from damages and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included.
Before refunding we open the boxes and check the availability of them to be sold, so items should be in original packaging & in a saleable condition.
Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is a proven issue we will email you free return labels.
 
 
Note: If the buyer doesn't contact us with the return help inquiry to get free return label first then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
