    Less late night trips / more sleep

    This is a brilliant product and works as well as Perscription item or chemist bought item for both men and women at a lesser cost takes a little while to get into system but then it starts to work . I find that it regulates cabs empties the bladder properly so aids a rest full sleep 💤 - less trips in the night to bathroom . Fabulous

    No more need to pee

    Bought these as I discovered that Pumpkin Seeds were the main ingredient in that new product aimed at menopausal women. I have regular need to pee moments and since I have been taking them, I have noticed significant improvement. It took a few weeks but I no longer have to worry about needing a toilet. Well worth it.
