DOA - As was their customer support
This is the only time in 11 years of eBay purchases that I've had to ask for eBay assistance.
The battery wouldn't hold charge when my uncle received it. He was unable to print a returns label and the company was inflexible. He lives 500 miles away so I couldn't help.
I had to ask eBay to step in and they gave me a full refund.
The mark of a good company is how they deal with problems.
PS I'm not sure that the item was new (no original packaging)
