Advertised as new this item was delivered quickly enough but immediately on unpacking I realised that it was certainly not new. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened many times. The main unit itself was scratched and marked and the cable was in a tangle on top of the unit itself. Upon complaining, the seller offered a 10% discount and because we were leaving two days later and needed the pump, I accepted it. I will not deal with this seller again and certainly cannot recommend them.
