    Much easier to install than it seems.

    I was on fence about installing this repair or just buying a new garage door opener. Just do this, it’s much easier to install and make the repair than it seems. The hardest part is drilling the rivets, but they are really soft so they came out quickly. I didn’t even take the garage side of the rail down. I just let the motor side of the rail swing down onto a ladder step. Made my opener like new and I didn’t have to reprogram the cars, mess with different door buttons and calibrations and such. Soooo much cheaper and easier in the end…

    Highly recommend this product

    Sprocket was an easy installation. You just have to grind off 2 rivets and install 2 screws and nuts supplied. New steel sprocket is better then factory plastic.
