although the product looks good, thats as far as it goes. control pipes were not connected and the lights don't work. when i contacted the seller they suggested I should open electrical boxes and try and fix it myself. After paying a qualified electrician to install the electrical connection they said the lighting transformer was usless. After contacting the seller, they suggested I should look at it myself. AVOID AT ALL COST

Item arrived much later than originally agreed & delivery date kept on changing, so not able to get it fitted when I had workers available. Promised a guaranteed call an hour before delivery, didn't happen. Instead, driver rang to say he was going to leave it outside neighbours house as nobody was home. I was home, & not far from the front door. Didn't knock / doorbell use. Bath screen was also missing so had to wait another week for this. And it wasn't what the same as what's pictured.

Ordered this item, when arrived I noticed the instructions was not very clear, I had a question I needed answering as regarding fitting , I contacted the supplier and was very helpful and responded very promptly and answered my questions, he also sent me a copy of better fitting instructions, which I suggested he updates he’s packaging, I have no problems purchasing more products from him if need be in the future. 👍
