    Proper Tin Of Grease - Don't put it on your sandwiches

    I use this as general purpose including bearings. Nice compact size for the shelf and sturdy tine to keep it in. Last one lasted me about 10 years , this one will probably too. Grease is cheap , bearings (good ones) are not. Get it in.

    Ideal for Unimat lathe.

    I use this grease in the headstock bearings of the lathe and also on the guide bars as I have found it provides a smooth feel to the lathe without the wear found with slideway oil.

    Fill your grease gun

    I bought the tin assuming it would be easy to fill my grease gun. The tin has an internal lid with a central hole for just this purpose. Ideally this disc with a hole should be metal but the one in this tin is made out of plastic and so can flex. I was able to fill my gun without too much trouble but there was quite a lot of grease by-passed the disc because of flexing. Easily overcome of course but messy and all for the want of a more rigid disc.
