- x***o (105)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseDO NOT RECOMMEND I bought a computer for my truck it ran very poorly worse then the original computer then the truck didn’t want to start anymore I have to pay a  mechanic To figure out the problem turns out as a computer he sent me that computer had a call short circuit in my fuel injectors module . I reached out to the seller and he he sent me the return label, but then ghosted me right after I had to get eBay evolve to get my full refund, I do not recommend buying from seller!!!Reply from: theecuconnection- Feedback replied to by seller theecuconnection.- Feedback replied to by seller theecuconnection.This is completely false. We have 25+ messages over the course of a month to prove it. We bent over backwards to try to help you. We offered to send a replacement and you declined. We sent you a label, you then said you shipped the unit(over a week late & out of warranty). Next message was telling us it had arrived that same day and within hours left bad feedback. It's difficult to hire help to process refunds, tech support, etc when we provide hours worth of help and still don't make anything.

Before purchase responds within minutes but once paid won’t get a response. Description even states that they’ll literally delay your package if you ask about shipping. Shipping was slow and shipped later than it’s supposed to but all n all this is great work. We've been feverishly working to improve ship time. Your unit is a little different because these units come as 06J907309 usually which makes them extremely difficult to ID. Communication was also not the best but they did reply after a while. Ordered it Dec 20th didn't get it till Jan 10th. The part itself worked well and came with good instructions. Part was clean and looked brand new with all the proper tags on it.
