This is my second the first broke but nothing lasts forever. The first time I used within 4 days the swelling and pain was gone from my knee. I get a regular sports massage even he noticed. When that snapped within a week my knee hurt again. New one arrived yesterday pain gone by the end of the day and I'm on my feet all day at work. Some may say it's all on my head but is that important? No what's important is I'm pain free and have the spring back in my step.
