    A nice refreshing album from McCartney.

    It's Paul McCartney releasing his third solo album where he plays all the instruments himself as per the previous solo albums and it has a nice warm rustic acoustic feel to it which works well for this time of the year and the way we are living at the moment. McCartney III has a nice cool country air feel to it with no pretensions just Paul McCartney kicking back and letting it all hang out, a band member from Wings once said Paul is a farmer who likes to play music and thats what this album feels like, McCartney just having fun on his daughters Mary's farm.

    Some of the lyrics and singing may not be his best but the musicianship and instrumentation is pretty amazing since he did the album himself. Give it a chance.Dont dismiss after 1 listening.
