It takes practice to get used to using the teeth whitening kit but once you now how to use it you can see results, I would recommend it for people who have sensitive gums or bleeding gums as I tried it once and it started to itch and bleed. Apply the gel to the mould, I add a little extra and place the mould in position bite down and place the light in front, leave on for 20 to 30 mins. If you don't see results then keep it going for the next day and gaurantee you will see some difference.

The moulds in the kit aren't the best quality. I used to shade guide against my teeth when the kit first arrived and I've gone from a shade 10 to a 7 with just 3 uses over the past week, so it definitely works. However... My teeth have become very sensitive and I have white spots on my teeth. So I probably won't use it again as I'm worried it's taking the enamel off my teeth. But its ok to use a couple of times just to lighten any staining you may have
