      Helps with joint pain/discomfort especially in winter.

      This oil has helped greatly with osteoarthritis in my thumbs. I used to wear hand splints to minimise movement/pain/discomfort in my thumbs (especially in the colder months) but no longer need these since taking this product. While it works so well I will continue to use for as long as it’s needed. Highly recommend.

      Excellent product

      I was suffering with depression, anxiety and insomnia for some time. I've seen a very good improvement since I started taking this supplement about 6 months ago. It's really helpful . Higher the DHA , better to treat insomnia. Higher the EPA, better to treat depression. It has also an anti-inflammatory effect on the brain. Perfect!🤗 Excellent product for a reasonable price.

      High in EPA!

      Great value for money and higher in Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) than many others. No Omega 6 or 9, which is good! I don't like that the gelatin is bovine in origin :(
