Firstly you had purchased this in error without reading the listing and then you only contacted me after I had organised the delivery. Further you claimed item being broken in transit in spite of the robust packing, but refused to follow the Ebay returns procedure to claim a refund and just resorted to a negative feedback instead. Customer service is important to us but please dont take undue advantage of a seller's disposition.
