I've worn this style of hat for years - it's the first I have seen that doesn't unroll. The description doesn't make that clear. I'd also suggest that it might be better described as Kashmiri not Afghan. No problem though - this is a beautiful and well made hat. The felt is super soft and the fit and finish is excellent. It's lined. Would recommend.
