Following my review the seller sent me a message apologising for the delay in delivery. They explained that the remotes sometimes come with a Youview rather than BT logo but they still work the same. They also advised me how to pair the remote with my TV so that the volume buttons and the TV switch-off button work correctly. Thank you for your help and for putting things right for me

Nearly perfect
This was purchased to replace the one supplied by BT several of the buttons having stopped working. This replacement looked mint new and functions as it should except for one button doesn’t work at all. It’s annoying but will not get fussed about it.
