It is not really big enough to hold bills unless you fold them up. Tried airing it out for 3-4 days and odor did lessen. Still smelled but friend took it anyways. Expressed my concern to seller and he seemed surprised and did not offer to remedy the problem. But I would expect this is a common problem.

Both seller and myself resolved issue amicably and reached an acceptable and fair resolution for both parties. I would purchase and recommend seller in future based this resolved issue
