Very prompt customer service. This is a very pretty cutting die which cuts well. Unfortunately the smallest holes of the metal die are far too small and impossible to get a pin into to poke the remaining paper bits out. Even a fine dressmaking pin didn't work. However, I found the answer is to soak it in water for a while then scrub with an old toothbrush and the tiny bits of paper can be cleaned out of it. Rinse and let dry.
