Good morning, the 2 hard drives are very used, one is 457 days old and the other is more than 1500 days old. What you are doing is a deception. I am going to return the hard drives and give a negative rating.

Shipment was fast and the packaging safe. Customs' declaration described another price and currency than what I paid and they charged me the higher. That's minor. The issue is that the articles WEREN'T NEW as advertised, but used in a library.
With such consumables, such information is critical. "A good price" for "new" LTO-8 cartridges is instantly rendered "a rip-off".
I left neutral feedback to give the benefit of the doubt. Do they know, or re-sell blindly?
