Ordered 32" waist which were impossible to fasten so after emailing the company I got great customer service from Gemma who organised the return and sent another pair. I ordered 36" waist which are a comfortable fit. Despite the size issue, which is mentioned on the website, I'm happy with the item being good value, and impressed with the no quibble returns policy, and how well it was handled (by Gemma).
