Payment
 
You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched and stock will not be allocated until payment is received.
 
Deliveries:
Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for many deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them.
You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.
It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.
We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer.
If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch.
All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses in the Channel Islands or outside the UK (addresses outside the UK includes BFPO).
 
Damages and shortages:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or short, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of reasonable return carriage. If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
 
Please notify shortages on receipt.
 
These notes do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Return Policy
 
If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 8 working days from receipt of the goods to returns@caravanstuff4u.co.uk. A full refund of all monies paid will be made within 30 days.
 
Please return the goods together with all packaging within 10 days of canceling your purchase. The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described.
 
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

    Simple to put together although difficult to fit gas pipe to BBQ. Easy to clean and overall very satisfying to use One fault - the thermometer in the lid does not zero and condensation appeared inside the dial

    Just ok.

    I bought this one as I read in a review that it fits like a glove. I guess the review must have been about another product as it doesn't. It was loose and baggy and only came half way down the legs unlike the picture that advertised it. The material is OK and the drawstring does draw but because of the shape of the legs and lacking in length in the fit when tightening the string the cover rides up instead of tightening down. As it was specifically for the Cadac Carri 2, being such a poor fit I am surprised it bears the Cadac name as it doesn't poses the same quality as the actual device.

    Nice but big

    The cover itself is great quality, style and value for money and that’s why I’ve given good ratings. However I bought it for Safari Chef as in picture but it’s far too big for that and I’ve had to use on another bbq. I think it’s more suited to the big Cadac

    Cadac cover

    Keeps most of the rain off but isn't fully waterproof. Also did blow off in windy weather once due to the fairly loose fit. Would draw up better with draw cord if it was slightly longer it currently just reaches the lower shelf. Otherwise good keeps the Cadac clean and saves having to put it under cover every time.
