Delicate - so-called "white" - top sent in just a flimsy plastic mailing envelope with a black lining and no protection whatsoever (despite the item being listed at over £100). The item was not white but yellowy/cream - it was in a completely un-cleaned condition and heavily sprayed with perfume (possibly causing the yellowing of the original colour). I contacted the seller to politely discuss the multiple issues but was met with copy-and-paste responses with no intention to put things right

I did ask you to return the item for a full refund! You falsely claimed the item is dirty but you want to keep it the money. Noted you have been reported to ebay and ebay is investigating. I am happy to accept returns if something is wrong with an item but I want my items back! You can not keep the item and get a refund!
