    Good

    I love the brush tip applicator, the way it applies, how black it is and it's overall performance. I just wish it stayed on a tad bit better. It's not smudge proof by any means and I a lot of times will touch/rub my eye not thinking and it comes off instantly. I said it's not a good value only because the product is inconsistent. Sometime you'll get a pen that lasts for weeks... Other times you only get a couple uses and it'll be dry. For the price, I can't in good conscience say it's good value.
