Ok, maybe I can help a few others not be forced to buy a long leg derailleur so you can add a 42 tooth cassette for better low end. All I did was remove the 11 tooth idler and put in an 8 tooth which allows gears and chain to pass, works great. Oh yes this is a first rate product.
