Poor quality
These look like a bargain but you get what you pay for. I have a techline charger that can fully refresh batteries to ensure maximum charge. The best these would provide were the low 700s, the 950mAh capacity is nonsense. By comparison, in my experience Duracells always meet and usually exceed their stated capacity.
