Payment

You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched and stock will not be allocated until payment is received.

Deliveries:

Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for many deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them.

You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.

It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.

We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer.

If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch.

All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.

If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.

Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses in the Channel Islands or outside the UK (addresses outside the UK includes BFPO).

Damages and shortages:

If the goods delivered to you are damaged or short, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of reasonable return carriage. If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.

Please notify shortages on receipt.

Return Policy

If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 8 working days from receipt of the goods to returns@caravanstuff4u.co.uk. A full refund of all monies paid will be made within 30 days.

Please return the goods together with all packaging within 10 days of canceling your purchase. The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described.

Direct, simple replacement.
I bought this to replace an unit which failed after 4 years in a new caravan. It was a direct replacement with only two plugs to change and fitted easily. After only 4 years light use in a caravan I have concerns regarding the quality of the product and have heard reports of several failing. I bought the unit just to replace the failed unit as an easy swap as many others have replaced the unit with a different make. Only time will tell.
A positive it’s an exact replacement for my Explorer group caravan. Only given 3 stars as the original failed after 3.5 years of very light use, reliability seems to be an issue as other reviewers have highlighted.

A great piece of kit that is essential to a lot of Electrical Units in Caravans & Motorhomes. It is relatively easy to fit depending where your main electric unit is sited, for as you can see from the unit displayed there at only 2 Connections to be made. One of which is the mains input plug to the unit the other is obvious when you are removing the old unit. On my Bailey it just slides in. Although obvious, ensure you have the Mains electric supply switched OFF before you start to fit..A great piece of kit that is essential to a lot of Electrical Units in Caravans & Motorhomes. It is relatively easy to fit depending where your main electric unit is sited, for as you can see from the unit displayed there at only 2 Connections to be made. As I said before looks to be a good quality product.
Easy to install looks to be a good quality product. We chose to fit this uprated unit as the old one in my son caravan which was 12 amps and had burned out so this new unit with 20 amps and a cooling fan which cuts in at around 5 amps should do the job well.
