I purchased a ring inclusive of postage $317.66 AUD ( ring cost $249AUD). On delivery the ring nothing like the photo on the HRB EXPORTS website,,,also the size of ring was incorrect. I made offer to purchase another ring to the value of $317.00 I should be reimbursed for GST & delivery postage as. I would need to pay postage for return - feel I should have a refund for this too. Messages sent since 18/11/22 with no resolution other than abusive emails from supplier. Last time I buy from them.
