    Seller told me there were no scratches on the card prior to purchasing, then sent it in a toploader with no penny sleeve. The card arrived damaged, and the seller has been very rude and not offered a clear resolution. Very disappointed as I paid way over the market value for this card according to TGCplayer, expecting a near mint card with no holo scratches. Yet the seller insists that they think it was a fair price. Avoid this seller.

    On 21st March you contacted me asking for a partial refund which I believe might be against ebay rules. I replied "If you want to return the card that I sent - please use ebay returns." which is polite. I also asked about the differing marks on the photos that you sent - but never got a reply. A return was started on 24th March - which I accepted and paid for postage with the expectation of returning the card that I sent, The buyer closed the return on 31st March WITHOUT sending.
