Seller misrepresented description of item (a remote control). The photos clearly show a MUTE button. Upon receiving item and discovering the nonfunctional MUTE button. I contacted the seller. In cryptic english seller referred me to a diagram that was included inside the mailing package that showed a picture of a remote with no MUTE button. The listing photos clearly show a MUTE button and nowhere in the listing description does it say the MUTE button does not function. All other functions work
