Instead of a 3L Brunnera I was sent a tiny one that was obviously taken from a very small pot & put into a 3L pot. Doesn’t resemble the pics & no mention in listing saying pics are for illustration only, nor does it state that you’ll get a plant that is far smaller than the one shown. They said it would arrive unpotted too, but it wasn’t & I guess that is because it would be clear how small its root ball would have been! Returns label didn’t even cover cost of postage! Buyers should beware!

Deciduous please look it up. first of all we are glad that the plant got there and you have already received your refund. Under the polytunnels the jack frost does not lose all its leave like it would in the garden what you have there is last years leaves these normally die back then next years spring through. if you look at your photo you can see the new buds.

Lovely plant, very well packed and arrived safely. Did take 10 days before despatch tho. Only downside was we were hoping to buy about a dozen more but were looking for combined postage costs, as another £5.99 per plant would make it prohibitive. Despite sending messages, we couldn’t get a response from Seller so have now sourced elsewhere. I would buy from them again as the plant was great, but contacting them was hopeless.

This is my second of these plants and maybe I was spoilt the first time around, but I am disappointed. This root is considerably smaller and I wouldn't describe it as xxxl. But it is very healthy looking and well packaged. I am very aware of the uncertainty of producing plants but as it only arrived today a little more communication would have helped. I awarded all 5 stars last time but feel let down Sorry.
