I originally bought a Chinese knock off, don't bother. This is almost double the price but it works. I used my Mac for music production. The Chinese battery would cause the Mac to instantly shut down, if you did anything more intensive than browse the web. I have Ableton, VCV and a couple of VST's running it's working fine. happy to have my trusty Mac running like it used to.

Although some marks were mentioned in the description, I really didn't notice them so looked really good. The packing, for such a fragile item was really clever - two inner cardboard rings, from parcel tape or similar, were placed inside the carton to avoid it being crushed, and they worked perfectly.
