Front & back covers are separated - with an old tape strip at the outside edges keeping them in place (missing at top part of spine leaving the pages loose). Half inch tear at leading & bottom edges of back cover + 2 small stains at back cover. A few stains/age discolouration to front cover + name & date at top right corner of front cover. Smal piece chipped from bottom right corner tip of front cover”
