It was wrapped with bubble wrap which tells you that the seller will go the distance to protect your package. Also when it came to any inquiries, the seller was very responsive and helpful. Since the phone was a Chinese ROM it did not have Google play but thank goodness it was in English. I mentioned the Google play was not installed so after a few links to get it downloaded it was finally good to go. 5 out of 5. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
