Only comment I would add is that it really helps to keep the knife like new with the YELLOW Edgemaker sharpener. IMHO, this SUPER high quality crab knife does not need to be "sharpened" just honed, as the high quality steel blade will keep an edge for decades. (There are different colored Edgemakers, but I've found all I need is a YELLOW.)
