    Stated instant delivery. This was a lie. It has been over 2 weeks and seller has still not responded. People who embroider, want their files fairly quickly. What could cause an 'Instant' delivery to take over 3 weeks? A SCAM, that is what. I am thankful I only lost $3.23 and eBay is refunding me BUT seller is a fraud who does not respond. Don't be fooled. You will never get your digital files. At the very least seller could have responded to questions.
